The Guam Schools project includes the design of four new schools for the Guam Public School System. All schools are new construction and complete with general classrooms, special education and special studies classrooms, Learning resource center, cafeteria and kitchen, administrative offices and teacher lounges, maintenance, storage.

KAGMAN JUNIOR HIGH, SAIPAN
Kagman Junior High School, renamed ChaCha Oceanview Junior High School, opened for class August 2002. The 60,000 sf school provides 30 classrooms and laboratories including twenty instructional classrooms and ample administrative and support spaces.

Classrooms and laboratories are located in two story wings organized around a central courtyard. This layout allows for easy staff monitoring of all classrooms doors. Site amenities include a regulation soccer field, baseball field, two lighted basketball courts, a covered dining lanai adjacent to the Cafeteria, Student waiting shelters, and full landscaping.
